To get all the skins ingame you need to download the .pk3 file.

This goes into MP folder.

7.01a is RPMPro Mod.
0.78 is a RPM Mod.
They are different. Also CTF gametype got only 4 player skins for blue/red team. HideSeek is different, there you can choose skin you like.
